Portrait Ring

A luminous, gem quality rainbow moonstone cabochon is bezel set in our portrait style setting. Cast and hand-fabricated in luminous 22k gold and deeply oxidized sterling silver accented with our signature carved and hammered textures, this ring arrives at the intersection of old and new.  Inspired by the structure of vintage rings, we used CAD to create and 3D print the curved volume of the base shape and ring shank which was then cast in sterling silver.  The top layer and bezel setting are constructed to fit the base and stone precisely, resulting in a one-of-a-kind ring that makes a sculptural statement while being easy to wear. The top of the ring measures .5"L x .5"W and is .44"H with a half-round profile ring shank that measures .125"W. Currently a size 6.75, the ring includes one complimentary sizing on request.
